FGasFlow provides multi-tenant cylinder tracking, compliance logging, and reporting software on a subscription basis (Starter £49/mo · 1–3 engineers; Lite £99 · 4–10; Pro £199 · 11–25; Enterprise £399 · unlimited).
Each organisation has one account holder responsible for billing, user seats, and supplier company records. Credential sharing across organisations is prohibited.
You must not misuse the service, attempt to access another tenant’s data, or export branded reports for use by unrelated companies.
You retain ownership of cylinder and log data you enter. We process it to provide the service.
New organisations receive a 14-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, fees are billed monthly via Stripe. Failure to pay may suspend write access. Cancel via the billing portal.
